Is that date correct? The reason I ask is that they played a show that night. This is the setlist for that show:

04-29-89 Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre, Irvine, Ca. (Sat)
1: Bucket> Sugaree, Walking Blues, B. E. Women, Memphis Blues, Built To Last, Blow Away> Saturday Night
2: China Cat> I Know You Rider, L. L. Rain, He's Gone> Spoonful> Drumz> Take You Home> Other One> Wharf Rat> Throwing Stones> Lovelight E: U. S. Blues
"Funiculi Funicula" tuning before "Memphis Blues"

Addition: I think the show date is 4/24/89

2nd Addition: Here's a link I found to the setlist & a review
http://www.thebestofwebsite.com/bands/grateful_dead/misc/RG_Misc_04_24_89_Costello.htm

3rd Addition: I just started downloading video of it from here...
